Customers may direct inquiries to ?wear else via phone or email. Phone customer service hours are 10am-6pm EST Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm Saturday. We are closed Sunday.

payment options

?wear else accepts MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept checks, but do accept money orders. For credit cards, payment (transfer of funds) occurs when the order is placed. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit your order will be automatically cancelled and we will contact you. For all pre-orders, your card is charged at the time your order is placed. A receipt is included with each order.

sales tax

?wear else is located in Williamsburg, Virginia and charges 5.0% sales tax on in state purchases. Out of state purchases are not charged sales tax.

shipping

We ship within 1-2 business days if items are all in stock in our store. Special orders will take longer to ship and we will advise you of the expected ship date. All merchandise will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless you specify UPS 2-day or UPS Overnight.  Those rates will differ from the rates printed below.  Please call us for exact shipping rates if you need faster shipping service.  We ship to the USA and Canada only.  International delivery other than to Canada is not available at this time.

Shipping charges within the USA are as follows:

All orders within the United States are shipped by UPS Ground Service. The correct shipping charge will be automatically determined at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and your shipping zone. UPS 2-day service and UPS Overnight service are also available. All Canadian orders are shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail.

Canadian shipping charges are as follows:

Orders $0-$400 Global Priority Mail $15
Orders $400.01-$800 Global Priority Mail: $25
Orders over $800 Global Priority Mail: $35

While we hope that you are pleased with your new merchandise, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition with tags attached.

Returned merchandise that has been worn or washed will NOT be eligible for store credit, exchange or refund.

Pre-ordered items are not returnable for any reason. Please call us or e-mail us with any questions before you place your order!

In order to reimburse your credit card for returned merchandise, we ask that you please call us to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. The item(s) must be sent back to ?wear else no more than 10 days after the date of the original purchase. Please enclose your original packing slip and write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION number on the outside of the package. The item(s) must be insured for their full value and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, your credit card will be credited the amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item, please call us immediately so that we know what size, color or item you would prefer instead.  Then return the item with the original packing slip and write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION number on the outside of the package. If merchandise is unavailable, we will contact you via email. If you do not wish to wait for the merchandise to become available, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping back to us.

special orders & gifts

At ?wear else we take great pride in our customer service. We love to help our customers find the perfect outfit, gift or travel wardrobe! If you see something on our website that you love but need in another color or size, please contact us. Often items can be special ordered from the manufacturer.  There is an additional $10 charge for this service. Please be advised that this type of special order item is not returnable and takes approximately 1-2 weeks to be shipped out depending on the manufacturer. We love to send gifts and provide gift wrapping at no extra charge.
